Cancellation Policy:
- Once the order is confirmed or preparation has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
– Wrong item delivered
– Order not delivered - Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images.
- After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
