Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, pastries, donuts, and other baked goods), we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once the order is confirmed or preparation has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
    – Wrong item delivered
    – Order not delivered
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images.
  • After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
