Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our website.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking information.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

Cancellations

Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within selected serviceable areas in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Deliveries are fulfilled using third-party delivery partners such as Porter or similar service providers.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or unavailability of delivery partners.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
