Refund & Cancellation Policy

This website www.cacaoblr.com is owned and operated by CACAO, a proprietorship owned by Syed Sadiya, having its principal place of business at 13/2, 7th Main, 16th Cross, Lakkasandra, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560030.

Due to the perishable nature of our products (including cakes, pastries, donuts, and other baked goods), we follow a strict no-return policy once an order has been prepared, processed, or dispatched.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided preparation has not started.

Once preparation has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

CACAO reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order is already under preparation or ready for dispatch.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

– Wrong item delivered
– Order not delivered due to an issue attributable to us

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery time) and provide clear supporting images via email for verification.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We are not responsible for refund delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateway processing timelines.
